TOGETHER membership includes permission for the account holder to broadcast content available with this membership (e.g., to a church congregation).

There needs to be an account holder for TOGETHER membership who has the log-in details to the account (and access to the email address used to set it up). This person is responsible for account management such as payments and other administration, as well as for broadcasting content. You may have more than one account holder if this responsibility is shared.

No. Some content is linked to INDIVIDUAL membership (e.g., training courses or teaching from paid events attended by that INDIVIDUAL) so cannot be accessed via TOGETHER membership. Please note, one complimentary INDIVIDUAL account is included with TOGETHER membership.

When you purchase your TOGETHER membership, please email online@new-wine.org with a request to activate your personal account. You'll need to provide a separate email address for this.

The purchase of TOGETHER membership grants you permission (from New Wine) to share content included with this membership. However, the broadcast of music requires separate licensing (e.g., CCLI), for which you are responsible.

Yes, you will be sent log-in details following payment.

We offer annual membership. We understand this may be a financial stretch for some, so can support a monthly payment plan for limited numbers. Please email online@new-wine.org to request this option.

You can cancel any time via your Dashboard. You will have access until the end of your billing period. Cancellation of TOGETHER memberships will automatically cancel the complimentary INDIVIDUAL membership associated with TOGETHER membership.

Yes, you can upgrade your membership any time via your Dashboard. Go to your Dashboard on the menu bar. Then to Billing. Then Click 'Change Plan' under Active Plan and choose Together membership.
